Excellent communication and very helpful.
Having a landline to contact as I was not always able to get through on a mobile number. But very pleased with the service. Thank you [comment from manager: Thank you for your suggestion. We stopped our landline as the mobile allows staff to work from home as well as the office and we can take it to clinic, too.]
