BEFORE

Dr Kittel answered all my questions and explained the procedure very thoroughly on my initial consultation.  I was given a price for the surgery ( removal of fibroma in my neck) which was a fraction of the costs I had been quoted elsewhere.  I was given an appointment at my convenience and just a couple of weeks wait.  It was all very efficient.

DURING

On the day of my procedure, I was very nervous, but both Dr Kittel and Nurse Nikki were so kind and caring. Dr Kittel explained everything as he worked and it was all over so quickly, with no pain at all.
I couldn’t believe it.

AFTER

After the procedure, I was given both verbal and written instructions on how to care for the wound.  Any problems that may arise were explained honestly and carefully, telling me how to cope with them, should they arise.
Dr Kittel came out to speak to me personally after the procedure and just check that I was alright, which I thought was really nice of him.

OVERALL

I would highly recommend Dr Kittel. His professionalism and manner are exemplary. It is only a few days since my procedure but already the wound is healing and so neat!  I can hardly see where he cut.   Thank you so much to Dr Kittel and his team of lovely nurses.
