Experience Before The Procedure
The booking process was easy and clear, and all communications were replied to in a timely and friendly way. The payment process was straightforward, and I got handy reminders of the appointment date and time by text and email.
The initial consultation with Dr Kittel gave me confidence that I was in expert hands, and I had no doubt I had found the right person for the job, leading to me making the booking. I thought the price was very fair too.
Experience During The Procedure
From start to finish, the skill and care could not have been better. As a nervous patient at the best of times, Dr Kittel’s calming and professional manner made the whole process as easy as it possibly could be for me. He kept me involved without going into unnecessary detail, which is exactly the approach that worked best.
Clare was excellent too, and helped greatly during the procedure.
Experience After The Procedure
Everything was very clear, both verbally and via email, and I always had the feeling help was at hand should I need it. I am yet to have my stitches removed, but am comfortable that it will be dealt with expertly.
Overall Experience
The whole process, from first contact to date, has been absolutely first class. There has obviously been a lot of thought into how best to deliver the services, and that thought resulted in an experience that was as good as I could have hoped for. I have nothing but praise for Dr Kittel and the team at the clinic.
