Easy Payment Policy
A down-payment for the consultation can be made below. Following the quote at the initial appointment all card payments are made to the service prior to surgery. Refunds in full are granted up to 72 hrs before the procedure (more detail below under refunds).
To be efficient we request all further card payments following appointments and quote are via telephone and prior to the procedure. We do not process card payments in clinic. If you wish to pay in cash you need to secure your appointment for surgery with a deposit of £150, which can either be used as a partial payment or be refunded after cash payment on the day in full.

To start the process, please make a down-payment for a consultation. You then get an application and consent link, which we kindly request for you to complete. This helps us to save time on the phone and during the appointment and we can talk about the important things at the time. If you have any questions about the consent form you are able to ask them at the time.
Our rates quoted via mail following the appointment are inclusive rates (includes doctor & nurse time, theatre time and materials). Health Services are VAT free. You can expect us to use modern high quality equipment and follow extensive anti-infection procedures to avoid MRSA or other infections. For evidence, please review our recent CQC report. We guarantee all private patients will only see Dr Kittel and no replacement surgeon.
All patients get invited to a consultation first, unless you live very far away. If you live far away we can send you a link to submit a picture online and do a telephone consultation. If we cannot carry out a procedure we will let you know who can.
Where a procedure was already agreed and is cancelled by us you will get a full refund of all fees and a free letter for on-referral within 5 working days from appointment.

Partial refund for all others (usually 50% of downpayment, but at least £150). No refund for no shows. Partial refund for late arrivers (please be aware late arrival severely disrupts service for patients booked after you and can therefore not usually be seen if arrival more than 1/3rd into appointment time (i.e. more than 15 mins for a 45 minute appointment). Ensure you arrive well in time as roads can be busy around London and the home counties. Finally service at TVSS means, we are there for you not only during, but also after your procedure if you need us.
